Policies:
The Lash Frontier does not offer refunds or exchanges.

The Lash Frontier is not liable for allergy or injury during or after services.

Please come to lash appointments with fresh, clean, mascara-free lashes.

Lash appointments more than 4 weeks apart will be considered a new set.

Please allow 24 hours prior to appointments for scheduling and rescheduling.

Appointment cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will be considered a no-show.

No Show clients will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled appointment.

All new and existing clients will be asked to book online in order to keep track of client records correctly.
